How long will it take?
Crafting the perfect smile can take time and we strive for perfection, especially when it comes to your smile. When you buy dentures online we will do a bite block and trial fitting to make sure it is perfect before making the final denture, just like a dental office. Your payment implies that you agree to our terms and conditions. All balances paid in full before shipping product. Per our policy, if you fail to make the automated payments at any time, we require the remaining balance to be paid in full before we can ship your completed product.
If you are not happy after a minimum of three free adjustments we will provide a full refund minus any shipping costs or remake the item at our option. If the kit is not opened you can return it for a refund up to 60 days
Shipping turnaround times are based on data provided by a number of courier services. Times should be accurate but due to unforeseen circumstances extended time may occasionally be required to complete repair and/or delivery. Denture Rescue is not responsible for shipping errors made by third party shipping companies. We are not examining your mouth. You understand that a doctor has not examined your mouth (oral cavity) to check for any physical anomalies or disease. We recommend that you have your oral cavity examined in person by Dentist or Physician at least once per year. Our purpose is solely to make a new dentures/partial or to repair your existing denture. By using our service, you agree that upon needing a denture or repair it would not be REASONABLE to wait any longer and/or that a physical dental office visit would also not have been REASONABLE given your situation due to the inability to travel etc. You understand that a licensed dentist will or has reviewed the case either by examining the appliance in person, in pictures, or by video. Additionally, this was the fastest most convenient option you were able to find. If you did not use our service for the new denture/partial or repair the denture in the best/fastest/most convenient possible manner, more harm (eating, smiling, socially) would have been encountered than by not using our service. Return Policy:

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit. We offer a 30-day warranty (for manufacturer defects) from the time of sale to the customer. Please note, once the seal on the box has been broken, we cannot accept returns due to being an oral health product. Worried about which size NowDenture to select!? Don’t worry! We include FITTING TRAYS inside your order so you can try first before opening the safely sealed dentures. If the tray doesn’t fit simply send everything back and we will swap it out for the better fitting size. (Do not open the sealed denture, otherwise we cannot exchange it.)
